At Recovr, we want you to be completely satisfied with 
your purchase.

EU CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right 
to return any item within 14 days of delivery without giving 
a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at 
hello.recovr@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will 
be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

NON-EU CUSTOMERS
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items only. 
Change of mind returns are not accepted. If your item arrived 
damaged, defective, or is not as described, contact us at 
hello.recovr@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue within 
30 days of delivery. We will review your request and respond 
within 48 hours.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS (ALL CUSTOMERS)
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not as described, 
contact us at hello.recovr@gmail.com with a clear photo within 
30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility 
of the customer in all cases. Upon receiving the returned item 
we will send a replacement or full refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been used or are not in original packaging 
cannot be returned unless defective.
